About Bharat Banking

Bharat Banking is a new department established to drive business in semi-urban and rural markets. The department focuses on partnerships, new products, innovation, and customer journeys to drive business outcomes.

About the Role

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through continuous engagement and risk profiling. The RM will identify potential customers and provide customized solutions based on their requirements, ensuring superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with select customers through individualized service
  • Handle customer queries and provide exceptional service to mapped customers
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer enquiries and instructions, meeting the Bank's delivery standards for total customer satisfaction
  • Deepen existing relationships by cross-selling Bank products and services/third-party products
  • Achieve New To Bank, cross-sell, and portfolio retention targets assigned by the organization
  • Manage portfolio irregularities, including renewals, pending renewals, stock statements, insurances, and other compliances, and achieve portfolio targets based on delinquency numbers
  • Ensure achievement of month-end enhancement disbursements
Qualifications

Optimal qualifications for success in this role include:

  • Graduate/MBA (Marketing) preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector

  • Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms
  • Good communication skills in both English and the local language
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
