Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality assurance activities, including dimensional inspections and testing of propulsion systems.
2. Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new propulsion systems, ensuring that they meet quality and performance requirements.
4. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and quality personnel.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling laser trackers and faro arms, preferably in a quality assurance role.
3. Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawings, and measurement instruments.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write quality plans and deliver presentations.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with ASME Y 14.5 standards and IS 2102.
2. Familiarity with bridge type CMMs.
3. Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001.

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
