Role OverviewThe Banquet Supervisor will work closely with the Sales and Event Management team to deliver exceptional banquet experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Compose and distribute detailed event plans to department heads and staff involved in servicing banquet functions.
- Collaborate with management and other department heads to enhance guests' comfort and satisfaction.
- Distribute timely updates on any changes to event plans to all departments.
- Prepare customized signage and menu items for banquets.
