Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team at an AHU/HVAC Manufacturing Company in Mumbai.

  • This is a dynamic role that involves generating new sales leads, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing sales agreements.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless installation and implementation of HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technically sound, good communication, must have worked in HVAC industry.
  2. Generate new sales leads and develop relationships with potential clients.
  3. Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and requirements.
  4. Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the key benefits and features of our HVAC products and services.
  5. Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their HVAC system meets their needs.
  7. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless installation and implementation of HVAC systems.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in HVAC technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in HVAC sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Valid driver's license.
