Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading technology projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

About the Role
  • Lead technology projects, focusing on platforms integration.
  • Collaborate with Manager and support overall solutioning, design, and development of integration applications.
  • Closely work with customer and onshore stakeholders for any clarifications on requirements and design.
  • Facilitate getting the work done and take things to closure by meeting Definition of Done.
  • Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of overall IT experience in different capacities.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience leading technology projects, especially platforms integration projects.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to understand and speak technology.
  • A thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies.
  • The ability to gel with the team well and build a self-organized and highly energetic team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge in Core Java.
  • Good experience in designing and developing IT applications using Java.
  • Exposure to and understanding of concepts of integration using java camel integration and Springboot framework.
  • Exposure to and understanding of concepts around integrating systems via API services built using Java technology stack and RESTFUL and SOAP API protocols.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with healthcare member provider service functions.
