As a Manager, you will be part of our Global Technical Support team, responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to complex customer escalations. You will drive the successful closure of technical issues through collaboration with cross-functional teams and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will lead our Hyderabad AEA team, overseeing their activities and working closely with Account Escalation leadership to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and execution of strategic projects. This role requires both business acumen and technical expertise, making it an exciting challenge for candidates who thrive on responsibility and live for the next big challenge.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers and stakeholders receive excellent and consistent service
  • Develop and maintain efficient operations leading to enhanced customer experiences
  • Foster a high level of commitment among team members through transparent communication and regular touchpoints
  • Create an environment that encourages people to think, behave, and take action to attain clear goals
