Visualizer and Creative Lead

Job description:

  • We are looking for an imaginative and versatile Visualizer and Creative Lead to spearhead our creative team’s output.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of engaging visual content across various platforms.
  • Developing creatives for Ads, Website, and Social Media, while staying true to our brand aesthetic.
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members using work management tools to ensure transparency and trackability.
  • Research and develop new ideas and templates to elevate our design aesthetic, ensuring variety and growth.
  • Establish a consistent tone for each brand and provide guidance to junior designers to execute on the creative.
  • Delegate repetitive tasks to relevant team members, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with other teams to obtain timely design requirements and implement processes to meet deadlines for all brands.
  • Identify and address potential workload overload and priority confusion issues.
  • Work effectively in a deadline-driven environment without compromising artistic creativity.
  • Receive feedback from Management until brand guidelines are set or when the team tries a new style or activity.
  • Monitor brands' social media constantly to understand their aesthetics and brand design evolution.
  • Recruit and develop departmental capacity by mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Escalate any team or work-related issues that hinder productivity to the right channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity with clients, partners, and internal teams at various levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of interactive design, including best practices in technology, usability, and user experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Prior experience in design and editing software.
  • Degree in Creative/Artistic Discipline.
