Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality indoor design solutions. This role involves working independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute delivery plans in a timely manner.

  • Accountable for day-to-day delivery of assigned projects towards the customer.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer design requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of:

  • Indoor Radio Network Design and Planning principles.
  • Indoor System Passive/Active Components: Splitters, Couplers, Combiners, Attenuators, etc.
  • Walk Test Log File Analysis using TEMS or similar tools.
  • Propagation Losses, Link Budget, RF Component Placement, Distributed Antenna Systems Design, Coverage Prediction, 3D Modeling.
  • GSM, WCDMA, LTE Network Design Concepts.
  • Ericsson Radio System Product Knowledge (Baseband, IRU, RRU, DU, RDS, etc.)
  • Product Knowledge on 3PP PDAS Components.
