Job Overview

Varun Beverages Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Lead to drive business growth and revenue expansion across assigned territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, and analyzing sales data to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Lead and motivate the field sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Full-time MBA from a reputable management institute.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the beverages industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
