Operational Technology Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Technology (OT) professional to join our team in supporting the security and integrity of our industrial control systems. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • L3 Support for Security Incident Management to SOC Analysts, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation efforts.
  • Client and 3rd party vendor interaction to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution.
  • Consulting role for OT Use Case development and fine-tuning, involving research, documentation, and presentation of findings.
  • Document preparation like Runbook including Use case-based response plans, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Understanding of impact of security incidents on OT networks, including identification of vulnerabilities and implementation of mitigation strategies.
  • Develop efficient frameworks for detection, response, and remediation of security incidents, leveraging industry-leading tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Subject Matter Expert in OT Security, with in-depth knowledge of industrial control systems, manufacturing ICS/IIoT/OT, MES/PLM, SCADA/DCS, HMI, PAC/PLC, and multiple ICS OEMs.
  • Understanding of Network Architecture and Proprietary/Open protocols, including deployment and implementation certification on Nozomi / Claroty / Forescout / Dragos / equivalent tools.
  • OT SOC L3 Role for at least P1/P2 Incidents, involving log correlation from multiple security tools sources of OT like AV, Firewall, EDR, etc.
  • Should've drafted response plans for custom / out of box use cases, demonstrating expertise in operational technology incident management.
  • Consulting exposure to manage mitigation activities, with emphasis on risk assessment, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics/Instrumentation/Computer Science/Information Technology, with relevant work experience in OT security.
