Job Title: Senior Printed Circuit Board Designer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior PCB Design Engineer to lead our team in designing next-generation Drone solutions.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled engineer who can design complex multilayer PCB layouts, handle high-speed mixed signals, and ensure compliance with IPC standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in schematic design, layout design, validation, board bring up, and debugging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing multilayer PCB layouts up to 6-12 layers in mixed signal designs.
  • Experience with High-speed Mixed signals, HDI Boards.
  • Handling BGAs with Blind and buried via techniques.
  • Knowledge of latest interfaces like USB, ETHERNET, CAN, etc.
  • Differential routing, Length matching routing, Impedance routing, etc.
  • Constraints and use of the constraint manager.
  • Minimizing EMI/EMC problems.
  • DFM & DFA Analysis & Gerber & ODB ++ Checking.
  • Experienced in IPC standard.
  • Schematic Designing.
  • Schematic symbols and PCB footprint approvals.
  • Schematic design entry in Allegro tool.
  • Schematic and PCB layout reviews for internal and customers.
  • Development of PCB vendors and coordination for PCB manufacturing related issues.
  • Board bring ups, debugging, and testing.
  • UART, I2C, LCD, SPI, QSPI, CSI2, CAN communication, etc. preferred.
  • Approval of BOM and its releases.
  • Component selection for schematic designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in design/code reviews.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of 10+ successful production level PCBs in the market.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Third-party vendor interaction and review of work.
  • Good knowledge on industrial PCB design tools and flow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication.
