We are seeking an accomplished Automation Testing and Playwright specialist to join our team.
Summary:
Develop automation testing frameworks and scripts using Playwright, ensuring high-quality deliverables and efficient test execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for web applications using Playwright.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript, leveraging Protractor, Cucumber, Selenium, and REST Assured.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo.
- Maintain knowledge of test management solutions like Xray and JIRA, Agile methodologies, and selenium grid.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of automated testing with code deployments.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in automation testing tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience as an automation engineer with a strong background in scripting languages (JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with test automation tools (Playwright, Protractor, Cucumber, Selenium) and API testing (Rest Assured).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo), test management solutions (Xray, JIRA), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and delivery concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and TestNG/Maven.
- Familiarity with Appium, Mobile web, Mobile hybrid testing, and Jira test management tool.
