A highly sought-after professional is needed for the position of Interior Designer. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing interior body trims at a leading automotive OEM. Key responsibilities include program management with a focus on achieving set targets, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in CATIA application.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in design & development of interior body trims at an automotive OEM.
  • Strong program management skill with a goal/target-minded discipline process and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in CATIA application.
  • Good knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
  • DMU checks for packaging feasibility & interaction with all concerned departments.
  • At least one complete project execution as team lead of design & development of interior body trims.
  • Feasibility checks for CAS, Tooling direction.
  • Experience in interior body trims such as A, B, C Pillar trims, Dashboard Assembly, Front and Rear Door Trims, Centre Console, Side Panels Trims, head liner, Sunroof.

Requirements:

  • Program management skills with target achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience in CATIA application.
  • Knowledge of Teamcenter/PLM.
  • DMU check for packaging feasibility.
  • Project execution experience as team lead.
  • Feasibility checks for CAS and tooling direction.
  • Experience in interior body trims.
