Job Description
  • As a seasoned Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing robust business applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to deliver effective business solutions.
  • Automate business processes efficiently with Power Automate (Flow) and integrate with external systems to streamline operations.
  • Build compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Work extensively with Dataverse (CDS) and other data connectors to ensure robust data management.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and deliver high-quality applications.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 tools for a unified user experience.
  • Adhere to best practices for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), governance, and security within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough reviews of technical deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6 to 10 years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years specifically in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Expert proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse and the Common Data Model.
  • Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and RESTful services for integration capabilities.
  • Microsoft 365 proficiency, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Azure Fundamentals, including Azure Logic Apps and Functions.
  • DevOps & ALM expertise, including CI/CD and ALM practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform are preferred.
