Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to address their queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software, updating case logs, issue categories, and call outcomes as required.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, soft skills, and process understanding.
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken English with neutral or global accent
  • Clear and confident verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle irate or demanding customers with patience and empathy
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, CRM tools)
  • Multitasking ability and attention to detail
