AI Systems Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AI Systems Engineer to design and develop advanced AI models and systems for exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of voice AI systems and intelligent agent creation. If you have hands-on experience with software engineering, cloud environments, and generative AI frameworks, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI models and systems for conversational interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents.
  • Build low-latency features that enhance user experiences.
  • Implement end-to-end AI pipelines.
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in API design.
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools.
  • Hands on experience with large language models, prompt engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and production debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with vector databases.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice, and other inputs.
