Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Export Operations Intern. As an intern in our export operations team, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and reconciling shipping bill knock-off processes.

  • Manage Shipping Bill Knock-Off Processes: Assist in coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely closure of documents.
  • Support Export Documentation and Record-Keeping: Prepare and maintain reports for operational compliance.
  • Coordinate with Teams: Coordinate with external teams to ensure accurate and timely closure of documents.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attention to Detail: You should have strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is required.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Eagerness to learn about export documentation and operational workflows is essential.
  • Responsibility and Punctuality: Responsibility and punctuality are must-haves for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate students preferred.
  • Commerce, Business, or related fields preferred but all disciplines welcome.
