Job Opportunity: Financial Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead the financial management of a business vertical in Asia. This role will involve planning and executing financial strategies, leading a team of finance professionals, and providing financial insights to support business growth.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets for the assigned business vertical.
  • Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business forecasts and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Manage regional consolidation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Group and Vertical business teams to manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
Requirements
  • A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 18 years of experience in a similar Finance leadership role for an international / APAC region in a manufacturing setup.
  • Strong experience in finance business partnering in a business model having procurement, storage, processing/production, and distribution aspects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability.
