Job Opportunity: Student Engagement Executive

MYRA School of Business seeks a dynamic Student Engagement Executive to build strong networks with undergraduate colleges and drive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with undergraduate colleges in the assigned city.
  • Represent the institution at college fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Conduct information sessions and career guidance talks for undergraduate students.
  • Generate and promote leads for the Postgraduate Diploma in Management program.
  • Coordinate with the central admissions team to ensure smooth lead conversions.
  • Maintain a database of outreach activities, contacts, and engagement outcomes.
  • Travel within the city and occasionally outside for outreach events.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Male/Female candidates with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience in education sales, admissions, or student outreach.
  • A proven track record of established relationships with undergraduate colleges in Hyderabad/Chennai.
  • Currently working or residing in Hyderabad or Chennai.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & local language).
  • Strong networking ability and willingness to travel for outreach.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Management/Marketing/Education).
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and passionate about student engagement.
