About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable data pipelines that efficiently process and transform large volumes of data.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient data processing workflows using Spark to ensure seamless data transformation and aggregation.

  • Create robust and scalable frameworks for generating PDF reports using Python and Spark.

  • Utilize Snowflake SQL to perform complex aggregations on high-volume datasets.

  • Design and implement data storage solutions using Azure Databricks and Datalake.

  • Develop APIs using Flask to support front-end applications.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and maintain existing reporting pipelines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in data pipelines and ETL processes.

  • Proficiency in Python with experience in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas and Numpy.

  • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Spark for data querying and aggregations.

  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services including Data Factory, Databricks, and Datalake.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
