Senior Interior Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Interior Design Consultant. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our design efforts and deliver exceptional results.
The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of residential projects and excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
- Maintain familiarity with the latest interior design trends and provide innovative solutions for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adjust approaches based on feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Lead and own customer experience during project delivery.
- Own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to completion.
- Graduation or relevant diploma in interior design or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio of residential projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and modular design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
