Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for vendors and supervisors across categories.
  2. Manage training centers, trainers, and curriculum delivery to ensure standardization across geographies.
  3. Conduct regular audits, refreshers, and feedback sessions to bridge gaps in vendor performance.
  4. Collaborate with operations and vendor management teams to align training with business goals and customer experience.
  5. Measure outcomes like vendor certification, NPS improvement, service quality scores, and partner retention.
Essential Skills:
  • Training Program Development – Ability to design and deliver impactful training initiatives.
  • Analytical Skills – Proficiency in Google Sheets and ability to build analyses with limited support.
  • Leadership – Strong people management and collaboration skills.
