Key Responsibilities:



  • Support data analytics and research for digital UHC NPS measurement
  • Work with Qualtrics operations and survey functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data issues
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports for business partners
  • Evaluate website performance using multiple data sources
  • Support the development of research plans and execute ad-hoc requests


Requirements:



  • 5+ years of experience with Experience Measurement Platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia
  • 3+ years of experience working with onsite clients and stakeholders
  • Strong data processing and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex data issues
