Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Factory Specialist to support our data integration and ETL needs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Azure ADF pipelines, data orchestration, and transformations to ensure smooth, scalable, and secure data flows across multiple sources and destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Design and Implementation: Design, build, and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines for ETL and ELT processes.
  • Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources (on-premise, cloud, structured, and unstructured).
  • Optimization: Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Data Transformations: Implement data transformations, mapping, and workflow orchestration.
  • ADF Configuration: Configure triggers, parameters, and dynamic pipelines in ADF.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to meet data requirements.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure security, compliance, and monitoring of pipelines using Azure best practices.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Qualifications
  • Azure Data Factory Experience: Proven hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
  • ETL/ELT Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and pipeline design.
  • Azure Services Familiarity: Familiarity with Azure services such as Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, and Key Vault.
  • ADF Skills: Experience in parameterization, linked services, datasets, and integration runtimes.
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
  • Azure DevOps Experience: Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD for ADF pipelines).
  • Pipeline Monitoring: Knowledge of Azure Monitor / Log Analytics for pipeline monitoring.
  • JSON-Based Configurations: Familiarity with JSON-based ADF configurations.
  • Data Governance and Security: Understanding of data governance and security in Azure.
