ERP Tester Job

At our company, we are looking for an experienced ERP tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test cases to ensure the quality of our ERP solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test cases to ensure the quality of our ERP solution.
  • Analyze test results and provide feedback to the functional and development team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP solution.
  • Report accurate metrics during test preparation and execution activities.
  • Understand the scope of test strategy and manage communication to colleagues and client leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Master's degree preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 6-9 years of experience in ERP testing.
  • Experience working closely with product owners and business analysts to ensure acceptance criteria is accurately captured.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Financials modules from both a data and process end-to-end flow perspective.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Oracle Databases/tables/fields, including SQL, PL/SQL for querying the database.
  • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or other tools.
  • Skills in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for designing test automation of Oracle ERP data flows.

Additional Information:

  • Must have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to participate in design sessions and review technical documentation.
  • Must have a strong analytical mind and be able to think critically.
