Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Application Lead to oversee the lifecycle of corporate applications and ensure their optimal performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Ownership & Management
    • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).
    • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Support
    • Liaise with external regulators.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
  • Project & Change Management
    • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
    • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
  • Incident & Problem Management
    • Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
    • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
  • Vendor & Budget Management
    • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
    • Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
    • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
    • Provide regular updates on application health, risks, and roadmap.

Adherence to Information Security Compliance

  • Mitigate VA / PT observations from Info-Security Team
  • Face internal & external audits
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
