Responsibilities
- Close monthly and annual books of accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements on time
- Optimize working capital utilization through effective treasury management
- Present financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Liaise with auditors and due diligence partners to complete audits and due diligence on time
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success metrics with other divisions
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and divisional performance compared to business plans
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Oversee finance department operations, set goals, and design a framework for achievement
- Prepare company budgets and variance analysis
- Manage end-to-end turnover transactions of inventory e-commerce and marketplace
- Oversee accounts payable processes, requiring advanced understanding of procurement flow processes and their relation to accounts payable
- Develop in-depth knowledge of organizational products and processes
- Interface with business teams and external stakeholders to address budget and MIS issues
- Support Finance team members and executives with projects and tasks when required
- Provide informal training and guidance for junior Finance team members
- Uncover and drive process improvement opportunities across the Finance team

Requirements
- Experience handling finance teams and being hands-on simultaneously
- Handling audit and due-diligence experience by Big4 auditors
- Previous experience in ecommerce accounting (desired)
- Inventory management experience
- Good understanding of applicable compliances to a company
- Hands-on Tally experience
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Very good interpersonal relations, excellent coordination skills, and clear communication

Salary Estimate
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
