We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee and execute high-end corporate office interior design projects.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • The successful Project Director will be responsible for supervising site activities, planning and scheduling project timelines, and ensuring compliance with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Project Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing corporate office interior projects, preferably with a strong background in project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage vendors, contractors, and site teams.
  • Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and finishing standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budget management.
  2. Site Management: Supervise site activities, ensure smooth execution, and resolve any on-site challenges that may arise.
  3. Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
  4. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and vendors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
