Design Visual Identity Expert

As a skilled Design Visual Identity Expert, you will play a key role in creating engaging visual identity and delivering top-notch creatives. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes design, with a passion for crafting compelling brand identities.

This is an exciting opportunity to conceptualize, visualize, design, and evolve our visual identity across digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics and creative assets that support our superior digital and performance marketing efforts. This includes producing graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Think creatively for digital environments.
  • Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines.
  • Deliver high-quality, on-brand graphics and creative assets.
  • Perform med-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive, and customer-centric.
  • Produce creative assets, including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities.
  • Analyze, report, and improve designs iteratively with each initiative.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Powerful portfolio demonstrating creative capacity, aesthetic sensibilities, and technical expertise.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in designing for digital advertising on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and deliver as an individual contributor.
