SoC Design Verification Specialist

The Role of a System-on-Chip (SoC) Design Verification Engineer is to verify the functionality of an integrated SoC.
This involves defining and developing scalable and reusable verification plans, test benches, and environments to meet the required level of coverage and confirm to microarchitecture specifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis includes executing verification plans, defining and running emulation and system simulation models to verify the design, analyze power and performance, and uncover bugs.
- Replicate, root cause, and debug issues in the presilicon environment.
- Find and implement corrective measures to resolve failing tests.
Collaborate with SoC architects, microarchitects, full chip architects, RTL developers, postsilicon, and physical design teams to improve verification of complex architectural and microarchitectural features.
Document test plans and drive technical reviews of plans and proofs with design and architecture teams.
Incorporate and execute security activities within test plans, including regression and debug tests, to ensure security coverage.
Maintain and improve existing functional verification infrastructure and methodology.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering or a related field, along with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical experience should be in Silicon Design and/or Validation/Verification.
