Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Process Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying business processes and capabilities that support the sale of products and services.

This role may involve:

  • Designing sales incentive plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Developing new or enhanced business processes to support customers and partners.
  • Integrating IT solutions across functions, business groups, and geographic requirements.
  • Driving process efficiency and effectiveness to achieve metric targets across sales forces and delivery organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or participate in process improvement teams involving design, development, testing, support, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Interact with management, stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Apply foundational knowledge of business/IT principles to projects of limited scope.
  • Provide information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team initiatives.
  • Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A first-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
