The successful candidate will lead architecture, design, development, testing, and production efforts across multiple teams. They will partner with business owners, technical teams, and senior leadership throughout project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will also act as the first point of contact for team members on well-being, interpersonal dynamics, and professional development.

  • Develop and maintain a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Stay connected with operational teams to align with business priorities

Technical Skills:

  • Languages & Frameworks: .Net, .Net Core, Java, Microservices, ReactJS
  • Data: SQL Server, APIs, REST API, Databricks, Synapse
  • Agile & Delivery: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube, Azure Kubernetes
  • Tools & Platforms: GitHub Copilot, VS Code, Microsoft Azure
  • Security & Monitoring: Veracode, CA SiteMinder, MS Entra, PingOne, Azure AppInsights, Elastic

Requirements:

  • 8–14 years of experience with proven team leadership (30–50 members)
  • Strong expertise in .Net, Java, Microservices, Azure technologies
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
