Job Title: Ethical AI Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and principled professional to assess, audit, and ensure the ethical development and deployment of AI models across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness to ensure they meet our high standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML evaluation, testing, or assurance roles with a strong track record of success.
  • Proven expertise with LLMs and generative AI, including knowledge of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, red-teaming, and model transparency techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
