Senior IT Governance Position: We are seeking a highly skilled leader to oversee our IT governance and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data center strategies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Lead the planning, design, and execution of enterprise data centers to ensure scalability, security, and disaster recovery measures are in place.
  • Establish and govern testing COE frameworks, methodologies, and automation strategies to drive quality assurance across applications, infrastructure, and business systems.
  • Build and manage an advanced resiliency operations center for proactive monitoring and incident management.
  • Implement resiliency strategies to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  • Define IT policies, standards, and frameworks aligned with finance/NBFC regulations.
  • Oversee audits, risk management, and compliance with RBI and regulatory guidelines.
  • Partner with CXOs to align IT governance with business strategy and mentor technology teams to deliver excellence in IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in data center design & operations, including knowledge of resiliency frameworks, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Proven experience in testing COE setup and execution, with hands-on skills using ROC tools such as Zoho ManageEngine, Site24x7, New Relic, Dynatrace.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with strong governance, compliance, and regulatory understanding of the finance/NBFC sector.
