About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Craftsman to join our team at DCS Group. As an Assembly Craftsman, you will be responsible for performing various assembly tasks to fabricate sheet metal components. This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to understand fabrication requirements
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using appropriate tools and equipment
- Perform welding and brazing operations to join metal parts
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for defects
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as an Assembly Craftsman
- Strong knowledge of assembly and metal fabrication techniques
- Proficiency in welding and brazing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of sheet metal components
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Estimated Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is ₹350,000 - ₹450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
