Senior Executive Position

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Executive to spearhead a large team and manage a portfolio of complex projects within the Banking and Finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presales experience, with expertise in delivering cutting-edge solutions to Banking and Finance clients.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Project Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Lead a large team of resources, promoting collaboration and efficient project governance.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES AND ALIGN DELIVERED SOLUTIONS.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate digital transformation and Data & AI initiatives.
Consulting Services:
  • Deliver expert consulting services to Banking and Finance clients, assisting them in optimizing business processes and IT strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients innovate and grow their businesses.
  • Lead business analysis and problem-solving efforts, helping clients identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client portfolio and drive revenue growth.
  • Drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Create winning proposals that meet both client requirements and organizational goals.
