Role Overview:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead to spearhead the implementation of MxP - Production Management solutions for our Giga Factory and Batch Industries operations.

This role demands strong technical expertise and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead functional and conceptual technical design specifications (Blue printing) while providing technical support and broad expertise for various disciplines.
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather requirements and provide demonstrations/proof-of-concepts on developed functionality.
  • Work closely with PMs to gather requirements and build required solutions (configure, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions) as per customer RFQ including solution performance guarantee.
  • Oversee MxP - Production Management solution activities for multiple projects within stipulated deadlines and ensure that the designed solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, quality, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum cost by allocating work assignments to project / services team / Vendor team.
  • Proactively recommend solutions to potential quality issues and resolve (diagnose, track, and manage) integration issues if any arises.
  • Participate in brainstorming discussions to build better solutions for customers.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 10-15 years experience in designing and implementing in-house ERP / MES (Manufacturing Execution System) in Manufacturing domain like, Paper and Pulp industry, Giga Factory, Aluminium, Steel, Films Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power and Mining Industries.
  • Hands-on coding experience with web service clients and familiarity with services created using Java / .Net framework.
  • Proficient with Asp.Net, C#, VB.Net, WCF, SQL, Oracle Server and relational database concepts.
  • Excellent expertise in SQL and able to optimize SQL View/Stored procedure, can independently mine data to translate Business data needs into creative visualizations.
  • Able to optimize SQL View/Stored procedure.
  • Good understanding of tools used for Version control systems and continuous integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology (development lifecycle).
  • Familiarity with concept of interfacing with SAP, Maximo, other 3rd party business system, and business application.
  • Experience in Enterprise Application troubleshooting would be an added advantage.
  • Openness to study/Learn Proprietary Language, new technologies on demand through websites and implement the same as per project requirement.
  • Knowledge on testing methods will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Giga Factory will be added advantage.
