We're seeking a passionate Regional Language Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the language and a passion for making regional languages come alive through stories, plays, poetry, and everyday contexts.

The Role: Regional Language Educator

Subjects: Hindi

Grades: High School

Location: North Bangalore

Type: Full-Time

Timings: Mon–Fri (8 AM–5.30 PM) + alternate Saturdays

Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging learning experiences that make children wonder, connect, and explore their cultural heritage.
  • Foster an environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves in the regional language.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver connected, purpose-based learning that sparks joy, curiosity, and meaning.
  • Communicate effectively with parents as learning partners to ensure seamless progress.
  • Innovate and iterate based on feedback and observations to continuously improve the learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (B.Ed optional)
  • 3–5 years of experience working with children or in creative/educational fields
  • Strong written & spoken communication skills
  • Creativity, collaboration, and self-leadership
  • Tech fluency (Word, PPT, Excel)

Bonus if you have:

  • A background in psychology, facilitation, creative writing, or public speaking
  • Experience in game design, curriculum development, or changemaker education
