Duties and Responsibilities

The Middleware Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the management and maintenance of middleware applications including patching, hot fixes, server administration, log file rotation, and communication with OEMs.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and communicate with OEMs regarding application monitoring and VA open points based on SOPs provided by the SOC team.
  • Monitor resource utilization and performance of middleware applications using available tools.
  • Implement and manage middleware security patches and updates.
  • Deploy new versions of middleware applications and components.
  • Manage server certificates and perform non-production refreshes.
  • Conduct regular health checks and backups of middleware services and components.
