As a Principal Engineer, you will design, configure, and deliver solutions across Capex, Opex, Headcount, Workforce, and Long-Range Planning.

You will serve as a senior-most builder ensuring accuracy, scalability, and innovation in enterprise planning and forecasting processes. Operating across multiple domains, you will define reusable patterns, influence solution architecture, and mentor peers setting standards for planning excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion experience, with at least 7+ years in EPBCS/Planning Cloud. They will possess strong expertise in Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount Planning, and Long-Range Strategic Planning, as well as deep knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, allocations, and driver-based planning.

A proven track record of leading multi-phase planning implementations, coupled with outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional leader, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, inspire global teams, and drive transformational change.

  • Design and delivery of EPBCS applications for Capex, Opex, Workforce, Headcount, and Long-Range Planning.
  • Define and implement driver-based models, calculation rules, and planning templates for forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to align planning solutions with strategic initiatives, corporate reporting, and scenario modeling.
  • Provide architectural oversight for EPBCS data flows, integrations, and hierarchies using Data Management and EDMCS.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery: requirements, design, configuration, testing, documentation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers, review deliverables, and enforce engineering best practices.
