We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Brand Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our clients' social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive measurable results.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Create and oversee social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand's voice and objectives.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Pitch & Manage influencer marketing for the accounts onboarded by the agency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Client interactions to overlook brands for performance marketing related work.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
  • Utilize social media tools to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs.

Salary Range: ₹3 lakhs to ₹6 lakhs per annum.

Requirements:
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing social media brands/accounts.
  • Good understanding of monitoring Google Ads/Meta Ads, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media hacks and ideas that work.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
