Job Overview
Mindshare, an agency of GroupM, is seeking a Senior Director - Brand Partnerships to lead the alliance and partnerships narrative for a large cluster of brands. This role involves building an ecosystem for Mindshare, working with teams across various functions, and delivering 'first-of-its-kind' B2B partnerships that drive incremental sales for brands across categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing deals in an efficient and effective manner.
- Build relations with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution of existing deals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations managed by Hamit Cheema - Manager Content+ for smoother turnaround.
Long-term Objectives
- Create new age & industry first e-com led models at scale.
- Lead & manage all processes related to B2B alliances.
- Look at creating multiple key accounts & new revenue-based partnerships.
Requirements
- PG/ MBA degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7+ years of prior experience in alliance and partnership.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in matrix environments and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
- Passionate and quick learning mindset.
