Print Production Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Print Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is primarily focused on managing production activities for direct mail campaigns while supporting special projects and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end print production activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Support project coordination, workflow organization, and training initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Provide operations support, including data entry, mail services, and quality checks to maintain a smooth workflow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in print production coordination.
