Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our brand awareness campaigns, enhancing the hospital's reputation and visibility within the local community.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging and monitor brand perception to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • The role involves planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing activities, including print advertising, radio commercials, outdoor advertising, events, and public relations.
  • The ideal candidate will measure campaign effectiveness and analyze ROI to optimize future strategies.
  • This position also entails establishing strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and government agencies to expand our reach and credibility.
  • Maintaining relationships with corporate partners is crucial to ensure mutual benefits.
  • The selected individual will develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, incorporating website management, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Tracking and analyzing website traffic and social media engagement are essential aspects of this role.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate (MBA Preferred)
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Good team-leading skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a highly collaborative team environment.
