Lead Test Engineer for Touch Display Modules

Overview of the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned Test Lead to oversee the design, development, and testing of touch display modules. As a key member of our team, you will lead and mentor a group of test engineers in implementing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure all requirements and functionalities are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in testing of in-cell and out-cell Touch display modules
  • Hands-on experience in touch tuning and display calibrations
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of test engineers, assigning tasks, providing training, and fostering best practices
  • Oversee both manual and automated testing activities for touch display subsystems, ensuring effective and efficient execution
  • Identify, document, track, and report software and hardware defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolution
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional groups to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met
  • Monitor and manage test progress and metrics, ensuring the overall quality of the touch display module meets project standards and quality criteria
  • Evaluate and refine test processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Evaluate and select appropriate testing tools and technologies, including test management and automation frameworks
