Job Description:

As a valued member of our retail team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, providing personalized support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Offer product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of cash handling security and integrity.
  • Maintain store appearance and visual appeal, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and merchandising.
  • Contribute to stock management, including inventory checks and product restocking as required.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date on promotions, policies, and company guidelines to provide expert advice and support to customers.
