Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in customer profiling for proactive client pitches, working with the Delivery and Centre of Excellence teams to understand client solution landscapes, and identifying client problem statements and positioning Opus capabilities against the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Customer Profiling for Proactive Client Pitches
  2. Work with Delivery and Centre of Excellence Teams to Understand Client Solution Landscapes
  3. Identify Client Problem Statements and Position Opus Capabilities Against the Same
  4. Orchestrate and Work on Technical Solutions with Delivery and Centre of Excellence Teams
  5. Review Technical Solutions with Client Partners, Account Managers, Presales, Delivery, and Functional Heads
  6. Conduct Client Demos and Present Opus Capabilities, Technical Solutions, and Proposals
  7. Do Retrospectives and Incorporate Learnings to Improve Future Proposal Responses
  8. Proactively Drive Proposals to Final Delivery
  9. Take Ownership of Proposal Execution, Ensuring Timely and High-Quality Delivery
  10. Stand-Up to Support Bids as a Bid-Manager if Situation Demands

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Related Discipline
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively Across Multiple Audiences, Including Firm-Wide Business Units, Senior Leaders, Associates, and Clients
  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills, Including Teamwork, Facilitation, and Negotiation
  • Strong Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Expertise Working in the Payments Domain (Must-Have) and Banking (Nice-to-Have)
