Job Opportunity:

Distribution Service Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Distribution Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To attend inbound calls from customers and process their queries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • To identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products and services during customer interactions.
  • To ensure consistent quality of communication and customer servicing, meeting productivity and service benchmarks.
  • To resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.
  • To maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, adhering to established processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the call center industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with peers and managers to achieve common goals.
  • Strong listening skills, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt.
