We're seeking an experienced optometrist to lead our German optical retail chain. In this role, you'll oversee daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome customers and prepare them for eye testing using our in-store automated equipment.
  • Review results and recommend suitable lenses based on customer needs.
  • Inform customers about current promotions and product options.
  • Upsell additional products and services to enhance their eyewear experience.
  • Oversee store operations and maintain high standards of service and presentation.

Requirements for the position include:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in optometry from a recognized university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in optometry, preferably with retail or store management exposure.
  • Willingness to complete German language training to B2 level before starting work.
