Job Overview

The Retoucher and QA Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality of visual content by overseeing retouching, managing project workflows, and performing high-quality image editing tasks.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in English to effectively collaborate with clients and team members globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough retouching on diverse types of images to meet client expectations.
  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between clients, editors, and team leads to manage project timelines and milestones.
  • Monitor daily workflows, identify potential delays or issues, and implement proactive solutions.
  • Develop and enforce retouching standard operating procedures (SOPs) and style guides.
  • Provide constructive feedback to junior retouchers as needed to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in photo retouching.
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and expertise in image editing workflows.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for success.
  • Prior experience in QA or project coordination is highly beneficial.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of image editing software, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
